The finishers came today and put the first coat of mud and taping on the sheetrock. They will continue mudding/taping next week and texture the walls and ceilings on Wednesday.
Yesterday, the brickers finished the gable. We are thrilled with how well the bricks match.
This morning the west wall was finished.
The porch would have been finished but they ran out of bricks. After getting more bricks on Monday, they will finish the porch and do the two sets of stairs. The brick layer thinks they will be done on Tuesday.
The end of next week, they will start putting down trim and enterior doors!
Today Michael and I picked out carpet, tile, and the light fixtures. Pretty exciting!!!
